ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS SUMMARY:
Alvin, Simon and Theodore are chipmunk singers raised by Dave Seville.  The chipmunks were
a hit in the 1960s with such hits as "The Witch Doctor" and "Christmas Time Is Here."
In the 1980s, a new cartoon series was released with a new look for the chipmunks and
new characters like the rival girl group, the Chipettes including Brittany, Eleanor and
Jeanette.
