James goes to Warfield Academy, a high security college for people related to government employees. At the school, James’s friend I.Q., grandson of Q, makes gadgets for him as he travels around the world to battle the evil S.C.U.M. organization. Members of S.C.U.M. featured updates of old James Bond villians such as Dr. No, Odd Job and Jaws. The shows concept was loosely based on the 1967 novel ‘The Adventures of James Bond Junior 003 & 1/2’ by R.D. Mascott. A toyline was produced by Hasbro.
